I’m a Northern Virginia native, though I’ve also called Virginia Beach and now Richmond my home throughout my journey. I’m a proud graduate of Radford University, where I met my wonderful husband. Together, we have two adorable fur babies, Wilson and Stella! When I’m not planning luxe events and bringing wedding dreams to life, you can find me exploring new restaurants or traveling to the next destination on my ever-growing bucket list with my husband.

Planning and design have been my passions since I was a little girl. I founded Homegrown Happenings to turn those dreams into reality—helping couples craft unforgettable wedding days filled with personal touches, creativity, and moments that will leave a lasting impression. My goal is always to inspire my couples and guide them through the planning process with ease, making sure that every wedding is as unique as the couple behind it.

Our approach is collaborative. We work hand-in-hand with each couple and our carefully curated network of vendors to ensure that your wedding day perfectly reflects your vision, budget, and style. We’re not just wedding planners—we’re partners in the process, and we pride ourselves on creating lasting relationships with our clients. Many of our couples start as clients but leave as lifelong friends—and there’s truly no greater joy than that.
